Year-around rates and information
- Nightly: $285.00/2-night minimum (3-night minimum on holidays) plus a $125 cleaning fee.
- Weekly: $1785.00, plus a $125 cleaning fee.
- Monthly: $5985.00, plus a $150 cleaning fee.
- Refundable security deposit: $250
- 50% deposit required to hold reservations.
- 12% SLO County Transient Occupancy tax
